Shipping & Returns

At DIY Cabinet Pro, we take pride in providing a smooth delivery experience. From design approval to delivery to your project. Please review our shipping, return, and damage policies below.


Delivery Service

DIY Cabinet Pro delivery is available for all cabinetry orders, any size to the lower 48 States in the United States of America.

Once your order is placed, we’ll calculate your delivery fee based on order size, location, and site access requirements at checkout. 

Our delivery includes careful ground-floor placement and handling of your cabinetry. Orders over 25 cabinets or requiring extra labor (stairs, extended carry distance, etc.) may incur additional fees.


Returns

We want you to love your cabinetry, but if you need to make a return, please note the following:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Assembled or installed cabinets
    • Cabinets without original packaging
    • Non-stock or custom cabinetry
    • Alvic orders, doors, drawers, wood hoods, countertops (post-form or self-edge), or custom modifications

Once merchandise is received and inspected, a credit (less the 25% restocking fee) will be issued within 7–14 business days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery.


Damages

If any item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can make it right.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Your sales order or PO number

Replacement items will be shipped promptly.
If photos are not provided at the time of the claim, replacements will be billed in full and credited once documentation is received.

Do not install damaged cabinets.
We cannot issue credit for installed or unreported damages after 30 days from delivery.


Lead Times

To ensure smooth processing and delivery, please review the following cut-off times and production details:

  • Monday–Thursday: Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern
  • Friday: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern

Extended lead times may apply to:

  • Orders of 100+ cabinets
  • Post-form or square-edge countertops with cutouts, cut-downs, or assembled miters
  • Stocked countertops exceeding 12 pieces
