Limited Lifetime Warranty
DIY Cabinet Pro, Inc. (“DIY Cabinet Pro”) provides the following Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) to the original residential purchaser of all cabinetry and vanities sold by DIY Cabinet Pro. This Warranty applies only to cabinets and vanities purchased from DIY Cabinet Pro and used in the applications described below within the United States.
Except as required by applicable law, this Warranty is non-transferable and may not be assigned.
Eligible Purchaser
An original residential purchaser is defined as an individual who purchases and installs the cabinetry or vanities in a dwelling owned and used by that individual as a primary or secondary residence. A primary or secondary residence does not include rental property.
This Warranty does not apply to landlords, leasing companies, or any other commercial purchasers.
However, this Warranty does extend to builders, contractors, or developers who purchase and install DIY Cabinet Pro products in newly constructed or renovated homes intended for sale to an initial homeowner who will occupy the dwelling as their primary or secondary residence.
Warranty Coverage
Subject to the exclusions and limitations listed below, DIY Cabinet Pro warrants to the original residential purchaser that all cabinets and vanities will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for as long as you own your home.
This Warranty does not cover:
Cabinets installed outdoors. Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations. Improper storage, excessive humidity, or exposure to extreme temperatures. Damage caused by flood, fire, or other natural disasters. Normal wear and tear, including aging, color changes, or surface scratches. Improper installation, maintenance, or cleaning.
Damage that occurs due to normal wear and tear or environmental exposure (such as moisture or temperature extremes) is not considered a defect and is not covered under this Warranty.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase, whether purchased directly by you or on your behalf by a third party. Coverage remains valid only while the cabinetry is installed in your primary or secondary residence and does not extend to future homeowners if the property is sold.
Remedy
If a defect in workmanship or materials arises during the warranty period, DIY Cabinet Pro will, at its discretion:
Repair or replace the defective cabinet, vanity, or component, if commercially feasible; or. If repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, provide a credit toward a comparable product currently offered by DIY Cabinet Pro.
This remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy available under this Warranty. It does not include labor, service, or transportation charges related to the removal, installation, or shipping of defective or replacement products.
Limitations
This Warranty applies only to cabinetry and vanities manufactured and sold by DIY Cabinet Pro. It does not apply to non-cabinetry items such as countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, decorative hardware, lighting, or accessories. Replacement parts are subject to the current product offerings and construction methods at the time of the claim. If a product or finish has been discontinued, DIY Cabinet Pro reserves the right to substitute a similar style or finish. An exact match cannot be guaranteed. Total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective cabinet or vanity. DIY Cabinet Pro shall not be responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, please contact the authorized DIY Cabinet Pro dealer or representative from whom the product was purchased. A dated sales receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If you are unable to reach your dealer, you may contact DIY Cabinet Pro, Inc. directly for assistance in coordinating an inspection or replacement.
Legal Rights
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
