7. How long does it take to receive cabinets?
Lead times vary by cabinet line and finish. Most orders ship within 3–6 weeks. Your estimated timeline will be confirmed before final approval.

Yes. We ship cabinets anywhere in the continental United States.

9. How are Cabinets delivered?
Cabinets ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside. Customers are responsible for moving cabinets into the home unless additional delivery services are arranged.

10. Do you install Cabinets?
No. Installation is not included. Cabinets may be installed by your contractor or by an experienced cabinet installer.

11. How do I measure my space?
Accurate measurements are required to place an order. Please see our Measurement guide on our website, and your contractor or installer can assist. We also accept Canvas App files for measurements. Download the Canvas App in the Apple or Android store. Final measurements are the responsibility of the customer.

12. Are the cabinets full assembled?
We offer Fully Assembled and delivered cabinetry. We do have the option to provide RTA (ready to assemble) cabinets at the same price, but highly recommend Fully Assembled Cabinetry.

Yes. All cabinets include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by cabinet line and will be provided with your order. Please see DIYCabinetPro.com for our warranty information.

14. What is something that arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery upon arrival. Note any damage on the freight paperwork and notify us within 24 hours so we can coordinate replacements per manufacturer policy.

No, because cabinets are built specifically for your project, returns are generally not accepted. Please review all details carefully before approving your order.

Most customers choose one of three installation options:

DIY Installation
Many homeowners install their cabinets themselves. Our cabinets arrive ready to assemble or pre-assembled (depending on the line), and standard carpentry tools are typically all that’s needed. We provide layout drawings and guidance to help ensure your installation goes smoothly. -
Hire a Local Contractor or Handyman
If you prefer not to install them yourself, a local contractor, carpenter, or handyman can easily complete the installation using the plans provided with your order. -
Builder Installation
If you’re working with a builder or remodeling contractor, they will usually install the cabinets as part of the overall project.
